Rewind – Spring 2026

What a spring that was!

After a fairly mild start, we had to dig our winter coats out of the wardrobe again at the end of March. Around the time of the Ice Saints, people in some places even had to get their snow shovels out once more – and by the Whitsun weekend, we were really working up a sweat. In many places, watering cans and garden hoses were in constant use.

But is that just a false impression, or was this spring really that exceptional? That’s exactly what we’ll be finding out in this episode.
